Speaker Lineup

Jamie R. Cox is a brand advisor who helps founders of service businesses refine their focus when their business is at an inflection point. She works with them to identify the real leverage points beneath surface-level marketing and operational challenges by illuminating what’s misaligned and designing the structural shifts required to move forward with clarity.

She draws on nearly 15 years of experience in agencies and service businesses, from running her own agency and serving as second-in-command at multiple agencies, to coordinating cross-functional teams to turn big ideas into work that actually gets sold and delivered. She and her husband live in East Nashville with their dog Snoop.

Julia Fricchione is a technology strategist and systems consultant who helps creatives run businesses that feel as good as they look. She teaches how to simplify operations, streamline workflows, and build systems that support your brain—not replace it. Known for her no-fluff, “stop automating chaos” approach, Julianna blends strategy, empathy, and real-world experience to help you turn scattered ideas into a business that runs clean, calm, and actually makes sense.

Elle McCann believes that growing an online store shouldn't feel complicated and she's proof it doesn't have to. For 13 years, she's been a recognized Shopify Expert, helping build 220+ stores for entrepreneurs around the world. On her YouTube channel, Elle pulls back the curtain on her own eCommerce business, sharing the real strategies behind growing a store that actually sells.
