Makers United
Garment District
One of the nation’s most historic manufacturing districts, New York City’s Garment District is home to generations of skilled artisans. To support and elevate these businesses, Nest’s Makers United Program provides free business development resources.
With support from Garment District Alliance, we also partnered with makers to produce short-form films that tell the powerful stories of these enterprises and what is possible within the district.
Our Work
Nest supports artisan and maker businesses with the resources they need to succeed. In the Garment District, this included professional marketing videos highlighting participants’ unique offerings. View the collection of videos to learn more about the businesses and incredible handcrafts being practiced and preserved in the heart of New York.
