Nest’s capacity-building model allows artisans to successfully enter the formal marketplace becoming truly self-reliant. Our approach assists them in the creation of successful businesses. Each project receives a tailored 3-month to 3-year intervention. Following these intensive services, Nest links them with the exporting marketplace and will also provides them with on-going consulting and evaluation. This will not only allow for the creation of a small artisan business, but allows each group to thrive creating significant global and community impact.

The Nest model consists of four parts:

• On-going evaluation and pro bono consulting
